WARFIT ("we," "our," or "us") is a military and tactical fitness tracker developed by Loons & Leaves for Android. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information with care and transparency.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the app's fitness functionality.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.
We may share limited, anonymized data with the following service providers only as necessary to operate the app:
Any third-party providers are contractually bound to use your data only for the specific purpose of providing services to WARFIT and are prohibited from using it for their own ends.
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Loons & Leaves or WARFIT users.
Your workout data and app preferences are stored locally on your Android device. We do not operate servers that store your personal fitness data in the cloud.
Where data is transmitted — such as for crash reporting — we use industry-standard encryption (TLS/HTTPS). No method of electronic transmission is 100% secure; we encourage you to use a device passcode to protect your device.
Your locally-stored data is retained on your device until you uninstall the app or clear app data through your Android device settings.
Crash reports and anonymized analytics data, if collected, are retained for a maximum of 12 months and then permanently deleted.

WARFIT is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, app features, or applicable law. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide an in-app notification.
